Dear Barrett Families:
This week is Teacher Appreciation Week! Please find opportunities this week to show our teachers and staff how much we appreciate all the time, energy, and love they pour onto our students each and every day.
Can you believe that there are only 6 weeks left in this school year?! Please ensure that your child arrives at school on time every day to ensure that they are making the most of the last few weeks of school. This week, we will celebrate this school year with our final school wide Morning Meeting. We have been building up to this all year. This will be an opportunity for the whole school to build community together. We have a special surprise waiting for our students!
Additionally, we will host the Barrett 5K for our Barrett Runners on Friday. Please join us to run, walk, or just cheer on our students as they engage in their final run for this school year.

Food Allergy Reminders: To ensure we are keeping our students safe and healthy at school, we ask all families to ensure that any packed lunches and snacks are peanut and tree nut free. One thing every family can do is make sure all food products do not contain nuts by reading food labels. Please contact the school clinic with any questions regarding food allergies. The clinic is not able to assist with whether a food items was made any nut products. Additionally, please talk to you child(ren) about food allergies and the reactions they can have if a student with food allergies consumes or come into contact with the allergen.Thank you for your partnership in ensuring that we are keeping our students safe.
