Dr. Sullivan featured Air Force STEM Teacher, Arlington Magazine and Presidential Award Ceremony in Richmond

Dr. Laurie Sullivan is the Air Force Office of Scientific Research STEM Teacher Feature for November 2024. Dr. Sullivan is also featured along with other APS teachers in the Arlington Magazine article “Teachers We Love: Seasoned educators share stories and takeaways from their many years on the job”

This fall Dr. Sullivan was recognized at the Virginia Board of Education meeting in Richmond as a Virginia Finalist for the Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching. The White House will announce the winner at a future date.
