May 22, 2023- Eye of the Tiger Family Message

Dear Barrett Families:

We are entering our 2nd week of SOL testing! All of our students did a great job. Our test takers remembered to take their time and be R. A. D. and our younger students remembered to be respectful and quiet in the hallways to silently cheer on the students taking their assessments. Please continue to ensure that all of our students have had a good nights sleep and a nutritious breakfast to have a strong start to their day!

Library Updates: Friday, June 2nd is the last day for students to check out library books.  This will allow students two weeks to return library books at year’s end.  Please return all library books so we can loan them to students next year.

Student Council Association (SCA): The final SCA meeting is this Monday at 8:15 AM in the music room!

Volunteering Opportunities at Barrett: See this link for more information on completing the volunteering process with us. All volunteers will need to sign in at the front office and wear a visitor sticker throughout their visit with us. Please ensure you have completed the volunteer application prior to volunteering with us.
