Today, 4th and 5th graders learned about watersheds in the Discovery lab. Mrs. Elenor Hodges, from Arlingtonians for a Clean Environment, visited Barrett today and talked with students about watersheds and how we can help to keep our water clean.
We learned a lot of information about water, watersheds, and how our actions can greatly affect the health of the Bay, even though it is a few hours from Arlington. This was a hands-on, active, and messy time! Our 4th and 5th graders now know what it means that we all live downstream!
