My name is Jen Flores.  I graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1992 with a BA in Early Childhood Education. I began teaching at Emerson School in Bolton, Massachusetts that same year. In 1996 I moved to the Washington area and began teaching at Barrett. In 2001 I received a Masters Degree in Multilingual and Multicultural Education from George Mason University. I have taught first, second and third grade over the years. I have taught in the ESOL/HILT program, Spanish Immersion Program and the Spanish First Language Support Program. I am an Arlington Forest resident and the proud mom of two Barrett Graduates!  #KWBPRIDE
