Extended Day Supervisor Marvin Flores Honored by SEPTA

Marvin Flores, the Extended Day supervisor at Barrett, was honored at the Arlington Special Education PTA (SEPTA) awards ceremony.  Marvin received the Annie Turner Award for Outstanding Administrator for his support of the children at Barrett.

SEPTA is an advocacy group that facilitates events and resources relating to special education services and learning differences in APS and the Arlington community.  Each spring SEPTA solicits nominations for the recognition of students, staff, volunteers and schools/programs who have gone above and beyond to champion students of all abilities.
