BrainPOP has done away with using Flash on their site. That means you can access the web site on mobile devices. This makes it easier for parents and students to access and learn while on the go. You can still access BrainPOP using the links on our Resources pages.
Note: BrainPOP Jr. has not been upgraded yet.

Yesterday Google released updates to many of the apps available to teachers and students on the IOS platform. This includes Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides and Google Classroom.
The App Advice web site does a nice job what’s new. Google updates Docs, Play Books, Classroom and Hangouts for iOS

Do you have a student in 2nd, 4th or or a new to Barrett student in 5th grade? We need your help with the Personal Learning Device program. Each student will be assigned an Apple ID with the school district and we need your help in completing the information.

The kids have a choice for learning moviemaking or digital storytelling. At the time of this writing both Apple stores in Clarendon and Pentagon City have spaces available.
